Romantic, clean, great. We came for the "hot springs" which are more like hot tubs, but nice and hot and easy to access. We liked it.

The price quoted in the booking is not what you pay at the end. The hotel applies their own selective exchange rate (and not the official rate that day) for the daily charges and this is different from the original booking. In the end you might end up paying 5-10% more than previously confirmed. Even if the extra amount (9 USD for 2 nights) is not a big deal, it is bad business practice and leaves a sour taste. Booking.com did not help out in anyway, after multiple messages with customer service. This is the reason for the lower ratings although our experience during the stay was decent.

Large rooms set back from the main road so that road noise wasn’t a problem. Well located in town. Nice thermal pools to relax in.

The walls between the rooms quite thin so if you have noisy neighbours then you will hear them.

Nada de solidariadad. Para el precio pésimo servicio. Me dejo el bus y les pedi volver a utilizar las instalaciones... mientras esperaba el nuevo bus y no dejaron.

La muy alta temperatura de las tinas de aguas termales imposibilitó el uso por mi familia. El rótulo indica un rango de 30 a 40º C, pero lo medimos a 60º, se lo indicamos al personal encargado, así como en recepción, quienes pasaron por alto la observación. Hubiera sido fácil regular la temperatura, agregando agua fría. También recomendé que usaran un termómetro para medir objetivamente la temperatura, mantenerla dentro de rangos de seguridad, evitar lesiones y permitirnos a los usuarios disfrutar de estas instalaciones, que realmente, es lo que nos inclina a visitar el Regis.

Un lugar muy cómodo, el personal muy amable y atento, también se ve que cuidan de los animalitos de bosque
