Fantastic location. Very helpful staff.

The rooms are dated. My bathroom had ants.

Location with restaurants and shopping near by. Hot spring when the waster was hot. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall needs good maintenance upgrade. Better initial instructions regarding hot spring usage. Day 1 the water was look warm. We did not know or told we could ask them to turn on the hot water until day 2. One of the office staff was rude and stated she would have to charge for 4 cups of ice when party was for 5.

Property was in a good location and clean with friendly staff.

We were assigned Room 1, which is right next to the office. Unfortunately, it was very noisy—you could hear everything happening in and around the office, as well as other guests coming and going. The second day was even worse because there was construction taking place on the roof directly above our room. The constant noise made it impossible to relax or sleep in after spending the entire day out exploring. It really took away from what should have been a restful stay. You can also hear everyone at the breakfast tables super early. I’m very disappointed.
