The worst stay ever! Room was smelly, staircase dirty. Toilet flushed water which was brown. TV only had one channel. Hotel by the “lake” filled with rubbish. Staff were apologetic and tried to be helpful but the general condition and upkeep of the hotel was very poor. Expedia should not be promoting this kind of hotel to visitor as the overall impression is very poor.

The Best Lake Inviroment in Town!!! Good Buffet Breakfast served and All Good Staff Very Excellent Good Job.Thanx for Front Office staff,Housekeeping Staff,Good Security,Maintainance Staff, F&B,Cheff and Kitchen Staff for Excellent Job. But Aircond Not Cold,Room and Toilet feel like stay in year 90's hotel.Hope will Upgrade in future.Good Luck!

Some facilities in the room quite not good, water slow to be heated, and we got to change to a new room. iron room and pool's toilet scary to be used,but the pond view is nice.

Not much around the area since it's right off the expressway, but if you're looking for a peaceful night in a decently-priced hotel with the nice vibe, this is a good place.

Quite nice hotel nearby downtown KL with reasonable rates. Only parking lot is a bit problem. The basement car park is very limited especially during weekend. Had to park under the tree at the chalet area. Also no lift from basement car park to lobby (at least), which makes it hard to load/unload stuffs from/to car.
