One incident that was good, they returned my wallet that was accidentally dropped under the bed.. thank u for the honesty...

I booking one king bed but i received two single bed. Very sad

ONCE WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL, NO ONE WELCOMING US.EVEN THE RECEPTIONIST NEVER SMILE AND GREET US. I BOOKED FOR DELUXE ROOM WITH ONE KING BED. THE RECEPTIONIST GIVE ME THE ROOM KEY. UNFORTUNATELY, HE GAVE ME SINGLE BED ROOM. I WENT TO THE COUNTER AND ASK FOR THE ROOM THAT I BOOKED. HE SAID "EVEN U BOOKED THE ROOM, IT STILL SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. AND ROOM FOR KING BED NOT AVAILABLE". I FELT SO FRUSTRATED. AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF ARGUMENT, THERE WAS A MAN CAME OUT FROM THE OFFICE AND ASK MY PROBLEM, HE THAN MANAGED TO GET ME THE ROOM. THE BED AND THE PILLOW ARE NOT SO COMFORTABLE, THE WIFI SO SLOW, AND YOU CANNOT DO THE JOB USING THE HOTEL WIFI. THE POOL ALSO SO DIRTY.

Chalet ...air cond problem. Floor sticky. Room..floor not clean No water supply in the room

This hotel like a lot of others in Malaysia needs to be upgraded the wall are concrete and in the humid climate of Kuala Lumpur they get mold on them and could do with a coat of paint. The internal walls are similar as are the walls in the rooms otherwise the services were up to standard.

easy acces to nearby facilities and service like bank restaurant shooping mall public service like cab and buses..its only take u about 10minute to city centre such as twin tower klcc..pavilion shoping centre and other shoping mall..its a good hotel to stay for busibess or holiday..its also close to national zoo wherw u can bring yr family to visit the national zoo and u also can go up to genting highland one of the popular holiday destination

The children happy with the pool & place..The problem only the open hour of grocery store..
