My childrens Happy with swimming pool, they love it

Worth the value and suited the purpose of staying and visiting places which were all located very nearby the hotel.

-Wifi connection was so bad at the chalet area -found 2 cocroaches in the bathroom -aircond not working,thanks to the well functioning fans -no day curtain at the door,connected to the balcony.especially when your room at level 1,anyone walking at the lake can directly see u -calm & quiet surrounding at chalet area,except the noise from the upper floor (maybe room renovating)

It’s very old hotel. Bathroom and room door need to be replaced since it’s really looks worn-out. Staff are pretty nice. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was very bad... It’s good for a one night stay if you have some business around that area.

Upon entering the room was greeted by a scent used to masked cigarette smoke although I requested for a non-smoking room. (Seems to me they do not designate non-smoking rooms from smoking rooms.) Tried to turn the air-conditioner on, but the remote wasn't working all that well. Had to smack it a few times to get it working.

Earlier I've compared the room price by using TRIVAGO and it's straight away directed me to EXPEDIA.. I don't know how the system updated that I'm requested for extra bed and I've to pay extra RM60 for it but when I'm checked in, we only get the room with 2 single bed that's combined together. I checked in with my husband and my 2yo son, than can u imagine how did we spend the night sleeping on a bed that has a space in the middle with a 2 year old child? The room rate also excluded the breakfast

The room is not clean at all, toilet accessories are not working, very dirty tiles in the toilet, room service was extremely terrible, no staff was on duty, couldn't wait to check out on the next day.

Was horrified to find out numerous of cockroaches came out from toilet hole and room port hole. Have to use A4 paper to cover the holes to prevent more cockroaches from climbing out. Air con in room emit loud sounds. Seem like ages air con never been service. My kids cannot sleep due to that sound and the sight of cockroaches. Room condition are poor with limited amenities. We immediately call the front desk to check if they can offer us another better room in the other building but was told fully booked. We even ask if we can pay additional money to upgrade to family room but the staff told us to check the next morning. We decided to book thru Flip Key immediately for our next day stay and forfeited our next day stay at this place. Never again we will step in that place.

nice but it need an upgrade and need to look into the condition of the rooms such as stain on bedsheet,curtain not hook,window letch broken etc
