"Need to more development on lake, may be can fish"

Lake is good but not enough developed, May be can provide more activities near lake such as fishing. May provided kious or playground for kid. May be can plant or garden around that pond. This hotel is suitable with value of money you spend.

"Poor maintenance"

The air-conditioning water keep on dripping to the floor and I almost fall due to slippery floor. Another patron also complaints about similar problem. I left without staying on for the night.

"Room problems "

I got room 229, the air conditioning is leaking, already asked to change room but the staff refuse to manage on that matter. Till the day i checked out, the aircond is still leaking.

"Old Building but Best Option for a Stay in Ampang"

Our stay was very pleasant, staff are friendly and very quick process for check in and check out You can get your foods within 5mins walk to Ampang Point area, variety of foods is there from Sushi to Nasi Kandar lol City is just within 10mins drive. Highly recommended when the promo is up.

I was there a work stay. Was in the room the whole time. The food was good but the housekeeping ppl didnt take my food tray outside my door innce day 1 up til the day i checked out. But other than that, i had a pleasent stay.
