The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had a great view of the waterfront area and Stanley Park. Housekeeping did a great job of maintaining privacy and keeping my room clean and well stocked with coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfortable . The pool and hot tub were. very enjoyable. I paid a high price due to a convention, but it was worth it. Great location only 15 minute walk to convention center

The male server in the restaurant seemed like he was having a bad day both times I ate there. He could have been a little bit more friendly. He seemed annoyed that many people in my group did not order any alcoholic drinks

The location was perfect.

The room was big. The view of the skyline was ok. Location close to the Harbour was nice. Staff was outstanding!

There should have been a small table with chairs. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress sagged and slats kept popping out underneath and made the end of the mattress sag.

I had no robes, no garbage bags in the room. No face towels. No hand towels. Netflix wasn't an option for the tv. My view was awful as it faced a Grey building. I had 1 mug for coffee and no other glasses or mugs... I woke up and a rude guy banged on my door twice saying to keep it down when I wasn't even loud. Threatening me he was going to call the police. It was honestly an awful experience. They gave me a breakfast voucher and the omellette wasn't fully cooked and raw egg. It was not worth it and I'm sad about spending so much when I could have stayed elsewhere for the amount of money I paid. The sink was also clogged to top it off.

Location was ideal & we were able to walk a lot to get to where we wanted to go

It would have been nice to have bottled complimentary water in the room. Most hotels provide it. But otherwise everything was really nice.
