Nice, clean hotel and very helpful staff.

I expected a better room and view for $400 a night. The room was small and my water view was limited, between two other buildings

The staff was lovely. Check in was easy and the room was much nicer than expected. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and big.

The coffee wasn’t great. Room service was pricey, but it is Vancouver, so that was expected.
