"Good"

Overall it was a decent place to stay.The room was clean.The bed was comfortable.Recetion was very polite.

I wasn't very happy to have had to wait 50 minutes to get in to my room.I arrived very tired.Other people were waiting also.This was the first time in all the years I stayed in hotels in Vancouver this happened.The shower facility was poor also.The curtain was too short and water spilled out on the floor.The fan went on and off all night making it difficult to sleep.I won't be returning any time soon. .

"We will stay at the Coast again, it was an excellent experience."

We had a newly renovated room, it was modern and thoughtfully put together. Our washroom had a bidet, something I love since traveling in Asia. The bed was super comfortable. It had a small little fridge to keep things cool. Beautiful location, close to the waterfront. Close by was a grocery store, and some of the best restaurants in Vancouver were in walking distance. Valet parking was very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again.

We could hear people in the hallways, like they were in our room with us. Our coffee maker didn’t work, even after we let them know it wasn’t working the previous day.

Comfortable bed and clean. Great location. Bidet toilet is great and very eco friendly

Electric plugs on lamps are loose fitting . Need better plug ins for devices

"Deceptive billing. Terrible service"

Not transparent about fees. Tried to slip through extra charges until I noticed it at checkout. Unprofessional and dismissive staff. Overall a shady experience. Will never go back to a Coast Hotel. Be careful.
