The desk in front, where Chloe sits, is super helpful and informative. They speak two languages fluently, which is hard to find in China. The location is good.

It would be beneficial to have three air purifiers in the room to maintain humidity levels. The room felt a bit dry.

Good location, close to the embassies and a shopping street. The breakfast was also pretty good.

The hotel is pretty old, the furniture was chipping away. The ac didn’t work very well. It would be nice if the windows opened slightly. The rooms and the hallways are very dark. The bed was very uncomfortable, I had back pain after the second night. The room card stopped working 4 times, and I had to get it fixed. They took a deposit of 1500$, which is too much i think

The cleaning lady/man throw away an personal item during cleaning of the bedroom with a value of 400€. They possibly thought it was trash. The hotel did not apologize and offered me some kind of compensation. The only compensation they offered me is an upgrade for the next visit.

"I requested for a room on the top floor after I asked how many floors were available at this location."

The front desk clerk gave me wrong information about the hotel. He stated that the hotel only had 22 floors but that was not the case when I went into the elevator and saw that there were 28 floors. This type of behavior is unacceptable when you have paying customers that secures your business.

The hotel location is impeccable. Room was clean, although furniture is dated and a bit worn. Check-in experience was not great; waited in a line of 3 people for more than 30 minutes and not sure what the hold-up was. Breakfast choices were amazing. Overall a great experience.
