The breakfast was lovely . Staff extremely nice and helpful which of course makes the stay nicer in a hotel . Only issue is the hotel is very dated and for the price we could of went up the road beside the tube to a more modern hotel.

"Badly organised and false advertising."

The executive lounge was good and the food was tasty. The decor in the foyer was nice. The free-standing bath was a good addition to the room.

The organisation of our room was bad - we were given a different room twice before we were offered the room on our booking. There was also no A/C in our room as they had not turned it on yet in some of the rooms so it was very hot. Also the spa closed a long time ago so it was falsely advertised.

Very comfortable, clean, loved the bed!! Fab views from any floor and great facilities. Special shoutout to Reno at reception, very good English skills and made the check in a lot swifter and more comfortable for us. Loved the Starbucks in the hotel.

Wish the air conditioning would have worked!

Stayed 11 nights in this hotel. Upgraded room. Staff prepared nice birthday cake for my hubby. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Thanks to Amos, Uncle Polo, Christina, Coco & bellboy elderly uncle. They are always ready to help. Many eateries opposties hotel. Need didi/ taxi to nearest subway Sangyuanqiao.Easy access to Airport express CNY 25/Pax.

"Excellent Stay "

Easy, friendly and convenient, used to get there just for buffets and drinks, but decided to stay there as well. Overall, lounge was fine and so was the breakfast and the rooms, pool and gym was well equipped, will definitely stay again, that's for sure.
