Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Gadsden

Staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast staff! I can't recall the one ladies name but she was an angel. Super clean and quiet stay while we were there. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

The first room I was placed in must have had a problem with a breaker, because the area with the sofa abed had problems - the hotel phone, light, and thermostat would not come on. I had to be moved to another room, which had me further from the group I was with.

That some necessary items did not work.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety to pick from.

Can't say I didn't like anything.

Fairfield Inn in Gadsden is the best hotel in Etowah County. Compared to all the others, including the 2 Hamptons there, the Fairfield is leaps ahead of them all. Our entire family stays here every time we visit.

There was nothing I disliked. Just wish breakfast lasted longer and that they put out meat other than just sausage gravy there for breakfast.

No one was at counter when I went to check in, I was waiting there over 15 mins when hostess finally came out of door to answer my phone that was ringing , may I suggest you may invest in a counter top bell .

The friendly staff that was at the front staff. The General Manager was really nice.

The room was not clean. The t.v didn't work probably.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Etowah County, which is usually 6 times or more per year. This was our worst experience. We stayed in room 320 and it had the worst bed and pillows we've ever had at any hotel. The bathroom floor was also not clean. Worst experience to date.

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a box spring and the pillows had absolutely no heft to them. The bathroom floor was dirty and looked like it hadn't been mopped in days.

Beds were comfy and breakfast was great. Very clean

Still under some construction so a little inconvenience there.
