Alisa Hotel North Ridge

Excellent services. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel was clean and for the most part service was reasonably good, although at times slow and requests had to be made more than once. However communication is very poor. This hotel cannot be relied upon to pass on incoming messages, which is particularly important if you are a solo traveler or doing any form of business.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel makes good food at a price that is comparable to similar restaurants in the area. The breakfast that is part of the price is quite good. My only complaint is that the hotel's service was not very quick. I had to wait for a while at the counter for no apparent reason. I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show me to my room, and so on. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel.

It 's a good place to work from. It's central and generally has a good atmosphere. A lot of interesting conferences take place at the hotel and it's also easy to arrange meetings from here as everyone knows it. The food is good, but the service is too slow. Most servers are friendly, individual ones are excellent, and some are lazy and arrogant ones. In comparison to the period before Alisa, the hotel is less clean, less upbeat energy. What is particularly annoying and off-putting are the ladies in the lobby and bar at night (protistutes apparently) looking for a pick up. This really is most inconvenient and shocking and a reason not to choose the hotel anymore.

Stay was great, staff was friendly and buffet food was awesome. Overall great experience. Will stay here again.

If you want to stay at the Holiday Inn without the price, this is the place. The service is fantastic. The location is perfect and everything that you need is on tje property. I will be staying there again.

Nice room. Friendly stuff. The only problem I had was the bathroom it could use a curtains to prevent the water on the floor

I felt very welcome and appreciated. The staff was very professional and friendly. My wife and I, was welcome by a lady named Awa, she was very polite and friendly, she really made us very happy and comfortable during our stay. She always went out of her way to find out if everything is okay and how our day was going . My wife and I, will like to say a BIG thanks to Lady Awo and the team. You all did a great job. Also, Mr Alex Kokomo Ametefe was very helpful and of great assistance when we ware leaving. We can’t stop talking about the wonderful experience we had at Alisa hotel. The hotel staff has been nice and helpful when possible however, the hotel itself is not worth the nightly rate. The mattress is completely firm and only a thin sheet covers it. The mattress is also very old and is not pleasing to look at, which is hard not to do because the thin sheet doesn’t properly cover it. The floors look very old and do not seem clean. The bathroom walls are also very old and do not look clean. The headboard had oily stains on it when we arrived. The bathtub has chips and small holes in the bottle, which makes it bumpy and uneven in those areas. It also is very old and doesn’t look clean, which feels bad too because it’s hard to see past how it looks. The rooms don’t come stocked with face towels/wash cloths so if you need them, you will need to request them, and you may not get the amount you need. The property itself is very nice and I would use that space for an event in the future however, overall the room is overpriced, outdated and not as clean as it needs to be therefore I will not book this stay again.
