I have stayed at Alisha Hotel in the past and I will continue to stay at this property. The staff-Daniel (food service), Winifred and Ephraim (front desk)-remembered our group and accommodated our unique needs. My major complaint, the internet connection, is now vastly improved with the updates they have done! Alisa staff are professional and courteous and the property is clean. Barbeque on Friday night is awesome! Hussain in the spa gives an awesome massage! See you next time.

Had had bilateral knee surgery 8 weeks ago so I needed extra pillows to balance my sleep and for my spouse also to have pillows for her sleep when I called front desk they hurriedly brought 2 pillows requested. I appreciate

It was in a very quiet area, the breakfast buffet was off the chain and icing on the cake was my wife forgot her phone in the room when we checked out and we called hours later and they had the waiting for us to pick up. Awesome customer service 😀 .
