"マツダスタジアムに近いのがいい"

マツダスタジアムに近くて暑い中の移動がラクだった。 氷嚢を忘れましたが取りに行くと冷やして下さってたみたいで感謝です。 トレインビューの部屋にして頂き、色々電車が見られてよかったです。

フロント、ロビーの照明がちょっと暗いかな。 フロントから階段を上がり、別館へ行く間のニオイが少し気になりました。

予約状況がうまく反映されていないとのハプニングが発生し、困りましたがホテルスタッフの方がとても柔軟に対応していただき助かりました。またスタッフの方のお心遣いがとても嬉しく素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 部屋も広く、お風呂も広かったです。

Staff was very friendly. Our travel adaptor did not work and they were able lend us one. Easy walking distance from Hiroshima station. Bonus washer and dryer on the second floor for guests use. And a ice maker 😀.

The beds were very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable.
