Hiroshima Intelligent Hotel Stadium Mae

Friendly staff and the room was clean and we liked that it felt like a traditional Japanese room. It was close to Hiroshima station which was useful and the hotel was nice and quiet. We liked that the hotel could store our cases on departure.

We felt that the rooms and the hotel in general could do with an update, in particular the reception area.

Room was roomy and comfortable. Staff were awesome. Great location, ten minutes from train station, short walk to baseball stadium and restaurants. It's a very walkable location and clean and safe.

Location was good. Breakfast was excellent. Very helpful staff.

Very old hotel with old facilities and old decoration, the train line is in front of the hotel so you can hear trains passing the whole nigth

The personal was very helpful. 5 minutes from Hiroshima station on foot.

The whole hotel has a weird vibe. It looks and feels like it hasnt been refurbished since 80s. There is this passing area in the spirit of 1900s Germany with artifacts like statues and old phone, which adds to the out-of-place atmosphere. In our room the wallpaper is damaged and coming off also the mattress was torn. The elevator doesnt work from the ground floor so, you have carry up all the luggage to the first floor first, then take the elevator. Not recommended with heavy luggage. Also trains can be heard through the window, noise insulation is not great ( on 7th floor)

The staff was really friendly, the rooms are very spacious and it's really close to Hiroshima station and one main Trolley line.
