Great customer service, with personable & responsive staff

The amount of ridiculous rules about what you can and can't have/do make this an unpleasant hotel to stay in. For example, we had lunch in the Greek restaurant and the dessert (like so many other things) was not available. However, it was in the next restaurant a couple of metres away. They insisted that I sit at a table for 4 in one establishment with my husband sitting at a table for 4 in the other to eat dessert. Certainly not a customer centred approach! Another example, the minibar in the room (small bottle of wine, 2 beers and 4 cans of pop) can only be replenished every other day. I thought the member of staff replenishing the minibar was going to explode when I asked for a replacement beer. The food in the main dining room is very poor and everything tasted the same. It also wasn't hot. Cleaning of bedrooms inadequate - literally a change of the bins and towels daily. I would never stay here again. Definitely, not 5*.

Third year here at the Mitsis , as usual staff and service were faultless Building starting to look a bit tired in places but not enough to detract from the great experience this hotel provides

Majority of the staff were absolutely lovely and friendly. Some of the bar staff, not so, but having heard the way some people speak to them I’m not surprised. Definitely coming next year.

Pleasant, polite and friendly staff

Fabulous hotel with an excellant focus on customer service. Great food and great facilities. Bedrooms could do with a face lift but very clean.

The staff are a real asset to the organisation hardworking and friendly and personable, food was generally good the Italian restaurant was excellent. Had a very good holiday the lobby, bar areas nice, the room decor and external decor a little tired. Over all a really good holiday experience.. thank you

Public areas of hotel were beautiful however rooms, whilst clean, were very tired and somewhat dated. Furniture very shabby and bathrooms in need of major modernisation

Amazing staff, fabulous food and drink, entertainment was great too. Wonderful location.

Overall we enjoyed our holiday, entertainment was very good, poolside staff were excellent, always attentive and friendly, food was a little repetitive, but we still enjoyed it, our room could certainly benefit from a refurbishment,but overall for the price we paid it was excellent value, although there were little issues we still enjoyed our holiday
