Very good location. Nice, clean and quiet hotel. We used the spa centre Nuspa and we would like to say thank you to their staff as well.

A lot of hidden charges after your room to use the spa, park or pick a room.

Room was fine and clean. Ok location close to Victoria Station.

I booked this hotel as it had a pool and steam room/ sauna. It was a little more expensive than many of the more convenient hotels in the city. After I had booked I was then told that there would be an additional cost for those facilities. I wrote and complained and got an email saying that there would be hotel had agreed to my request. When I got there they denied this was the case, saying what had been agreed was my arrival time- not a great deal as it was after the earliest check in time anyway. When I stood my ground the staff member conceded that I would be able to use the facility. I would urge people to check before they book as there was no cancellation allowed. The irony was when I went to use the facilities no one asked if I had paid the fee. All I would ask is that both Booking.com and the hotel are Transparent about their pricing.

room was lovely, breakfast exceptional. Location excellent for the O2 arena, and welcomed the bar after the show. Location for the town centre was great.
