"An OK experience, but I expected more from a Radisson hotel."

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They gave me the benefit of the doubt with respect to the use of facilities. Especially Sauna and Swiingpool.

I specifically choose this hotel, because of the Sauna and Pool facilities. However, 1-day before departure, I received a message that these facilities were not applicable for Standard-room guests. This kind of practice and notifying on short notice is unacceptable. However, the nice thing is that I could argue for the use of these facilities upon checking in. This trype of communication was not necessary. The bathroom had loose floor tiles, and the showerscreen was not good enough to keep the water inside the shower.

"Good hotel, reasonable location, quiet good breakfast."

Reasonable location for transport access. Good choice at breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. Comfy beds. Lots of towels provided.

From what i experienced, there was nothing i did not like. Not enough tea provided.

Big quiet bedroom. Large bed Walk n shower Friendly helpful staff Good choice at breakfast Ease to get into city by bus.

Chef didn't know how to poach me eggs for breakfast on 21st. Sent Dinner back. Carbonara! Pasta clagged together. Dish Consisted of bacon bits, and scrambled egg. The reply from chef was " I don't know how to make it" Cut my foot getting out of Pool. Staff said lots of people do that. Found out pool was run by 3td party. Should be addressed. See attached photo taken next dsy.
