The hotel has a good sitting area outside -where you can get fresh air . It has lots of areas to sit in down stairs -while you are waiting. comfortable beds

Very , very expensive snacks - £3.00 for a snickers , £2.50 for a bottle of water, £3.00 a can of coke . it is taking advantage of guests -as there are no shops around except in a garage to the left .

Very close to the Arena and Victoria train station Really clean in all areas Lovely and spacious with open plan feel to restaurant, allowing you to eat meals outside too.

Staff on reception when we booked in were extremely helpful. Room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed & the light at the side of the bed was very thoughtful

The breakfast was lovely lots of choice

The silly desk/stands at reception didn't know where to queue or how close to go to receptionists, im sure they don't like them either

The location was perfect for the AO Arena

The bed was a bit hard but that's personal preference. The prices in the restaurant and bar were also very expensive.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, convenience all around for the price.

I wish the spa was still included in the rates but otherwise all good.

It was very loud through the night doors slamming and random banging kept waking us up. Also we were woken up in the morning by house keeping despite having the do not disturb sign on the door.
