Hampton Inn Branson - Branson Hills

Nice place to stay! Only Down fall is the pool was out of service a big let down, we was waiting to swim after a long Day at silver Dollar city. In my view if no pool is available you should receive a discount !

The room view was not good; we had some roof to look at with smoke coming out. The shower doors were hard to open and close, and were not clean. The last night, the key card would not work, and my husband went down to the front desk, and the staff sent him back with a key card that did not work, and then we had to call and wait for a staff member to come and let us in. We had just bought ice cream down the street, and this was completely melted by the time we got into our room.

As with all Hampton inn hotels, this one was clean and inviting. It’s an older location but clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information and tips would stay here again. Breakfast was fresh and hot. They had go bags available for early checkouts

Staff very nice. I requested a handicap accessible room. Room had grab bars but no walk in/roll in shower. The bed was terrible. It was worn out to the point you could feel springs making hard spots. Since having extensive back surgery the condition was horrible.

It is always so clean. Easy in Easy out. My daughter and I love the complimentary yummy breakfast!!

The shower doors are somewhat yucky. It seems this particular Hampton Inn could use a few upgrades for the price.

Front desk staff were great, went above and beyond!!!!!

Shadee and Linda are the best! I dropped my waffles so Shade made me new ones and Linda cleaned my mess. I wanted to clean but they would not let me. Best service ever! Very clean room and indoor pool. Will be making this my go to when I visit Branson.

Staff was very, very helpful with a reservation problem!!!
