The sink bathroom had several cracks in it and the tv did not work ( remote) issues. We were only there one night so we ignored the issue

New property. More Ina residential area but with plenty of shops if needed close by such as Walmart, Target, etc. Clean and staff was very helpful

Only complaint was pillows were too soft (but that’s a complaint at every hotel)

"Pleasant Christmas Visit!"

We decided at the last minute to slip away to Branson to see the Christmas lights! Needless to say, our regular hotels were completely booked. Hampton Inn has always been good to us during our travels, so we were grateful they had a room available. Branson was extremely busy the weekend before Christmas, and we were thrilled with the location away from the craziness of 76 Country Blvd. The staff were all friendly and our room was clean. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a chair in the room, except for the desk chair. Other than that, we enjoyed all of the Branson Christmas lights and had a lovely visit!

Unusual location near a gated community. After check in immediate problem with toilet. Next was no water that afternoon due to an emergency but problem was resolved within a couple hours.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and common areas were clean. Only issue was a noisy a/c unit and a toilet that flushed only when you held the handle down. I’d have no hesitation staying there again.
