Peggy was our host. She had just come to work. She had apparently inherited a mess from the previous shift. Problems with the key maker/reservations. She actually took us to our room. Thank goodness. Someone else had left items in there. She called the manager and I think it eventually got better. She had a lobby full of folks at 4pm and one was extremely rude to her. I felt like she took one for the team. Shame on the previous shift/mgt for running your business this way. Our room is good. Thank you Peggy.

I could tell either the room hasn’t been used or the staff doesn’t dust. I drew a heart in the bathroom on the towel shelf. Made me wonder about the rest if the room.

"Nice overall. A couple of hiccups."

It was a quick stay. The hotel is clean. The checkin staff member was kind. The room was nice as well. Breakfast was well staffed and had a nice selection. A couple of hiccups: The coffee in the lobby was cold upon arrival. The doors on our shower had orange buildup. Before we checked out, our key card stopped working and we were caught at the far door with a cart. Someone else had to let us in.
