Didn’t get to stay long enough

The breakfast was great, and I loved that the location was there by the gateway, most of our entertainment plans were in the gateway area.

The room was dirty, one of the beds had food on the blankets and the sheets, there was tape on the inside of the bathroom door, there were used ear plugs on the side of the bed. We had to ask three different people four different times for clean bedding to replace the dirty bedding.

Room was a good size and the complimentary breakfast was nice. Also very easy check out since we left on the earlier side to make our flight.

Called twice about an earlier check in due to a flight change. Instead of getting there for 1:30 PM, we arrived 1:30 AM. First phone call I was told not to worry about a charge. Second phone call I was told it would be an early check in fee. When we arrived I was initially told I couldn’t check in, even though I was told earlier in the day that our room was ready. Concierge continued on about how there was new staff and they shouldn’t have told me that. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. Then I was charged for a full night. Lastly, everyone was under the impression we were checking out on the 6th when my booking was until the 7th so our room keys were deactivated and we were interrupted twice by cleaning staff about how they had us listed as a check out.

Breakfast was amazing!

Shower head was a dirty/crusty, so the water didn't flow well
