"Comfy bed and great location downtown, but that is the only thing this property has going for it."

Mattress was comfy. Location is great. And that is where the positives end. What a bizarre hotel! The room layouts are wild. So strange. Beds with heads together facing outwards towards opposite walls. Concrete floor and ceiling. Crazy lighting. It felt like a hospital room! Also, heads up that the a/c is very loud and disruptive. Very strange to be under the Tapestry umbrella of Hilton. It’s not horrible or dirty or anything, but I will not be coming back, especially for the price.

Was an old furniture store turned into a hotel: very industrial. Rooms are large. Super clean and walkable to everything downtown.

My first time at this property and we all loved it! The hotel is beautiful and walkable to downtown Holland. Loved the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

Service overall was great. But couple of things were unacceptable. The lotion container was empty and had not been filled. The sink would not drain quickly and would get clogged. So kind of gross. Considering that they charged more than 300 bucks for one night of stay I feel they could do better.
