Great service from reception to bar, good food and cocktails in the bar. Room and bathroom spotless, great shower and comfy beds - highly recommended

The reason to stay here is for the location. It is within walking distance to all the shops and markets downtown. As a hotel however, it's just ok. You don't get a microwave, there's no pool, and you can only heat the room to 73 (it says 75, but only would let you go to 73). The pillows flattened down to nothing and the blanket/sheet combo just kept getting tangled up. The worst part was the sliding bathroom door that was so loud and squeaky that it wakes you up. You could also hear other people's bathroom doors and their walking around. This wouldn't be my first choice of hotel, but again it is in a good location.

Nice hotel rooms but they are the same as they were when it was city flats hotel. I feel there should be some updates in the rooms. The lobby and bar area were nicely decorated.

Be aware -- this hotel is very different. They say there's a restaurant, but they only offer happy hour snacks and breakfast. I've never asked for a different room before, but here, I asked twice. The rooms are so bizarre. I had hoped to do work while I was here and the first room didn't have a desk. The second room had beds that were back to back, each facing opposite walls. It looked like a room they might have in the psych ward of a hospital. All the rooms are extremely dark with just a few spot lights. It's impossible to see/read/work.... Unfortunately, I paid for two nights in advance and they won't give me any kind of refund if I don't stay the second day. They've made money on my advance payment for weeks. I feel like I'm in prison in a brothel. It's horrible. There was one really professional/friendly staff member. Otherwise, the whole experience here has brought me to tears. Think again. Don't book here.
