Hotel Park Side Hiroshima Peace Park

Very nice hotel close to peace park, shopping, dining

This hotel is in a great central location close to the Hiroshima Peace Park, Shopping Mall, Ferry to Miyajima Island and public transport. Rooms were clean, an acceptable size and with a comfortable bed.

Great hotel close to Peace Park and main shopping area .Staff very friendly and helpful ( but they do not speak English ) . Rooms cosy and clean but pillows a little uncomfortable and had to use blanket as a pillow instead . Great value for price as it is a convenient location .

We enjoyed overlooking the Peace Park and being so close to a covered area of shops and small restaurants. Also very close to public transport. Found the air conditioning very noisy and erratic.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lift works well and was prompt. Room is small but usable with limited storage space. The bathroom is compact and up a small step. We called it the 'capsule' as that what it reminded us of. All in all a good place to stay.

Good location to reach hiroshima bus terminus (within 10 min walk). Near hiroshima main shopping street (~3min walk). Main sightseeing spots within 30mins walk or 15mins tram. Free washing and drying machine are useful (washing powder is free too). Room relatively bigger than usual japan hotel, enough space for two luggages max. Washroom small but clean.

This is a fair hotel for those wising to visit Hiroshima Peace Park and museum. There is also a boat nearby to the Island of Miyajima . Breakfast is available by a voucher bought from reception and is traditional Japanese.

Hotel was great, close to the peace park and to the main shopping area, very clean rooms with everything you need supplied

Economy double room comes with a "semi-double bed" that is barely wider than a single bed. This made for a HORRIBLE sleeping experience for me and my 16 year old son.
