Hotel Park Side Hiroshima Peace Park

Rooms are small but it is reasonably priced and breakfast is good. Location is very good, just 2 minutes walk from the Hiroshima Dome (the Atomic Dome). Plenty of restaurants around and it is also 2-3 minutes walk from the ferry to Miyajima Island.

Fantastic hotel within walking distance (500 metres) of the Memorial Park and jetty to Mijamya Island. Staff are lovely.

Very close to the peace park

The park side hotel was comfortable and easy walking distance to the peace memorial park. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff provided directions when I asked about a visit to miyajima island. Very helpful and appreciated. I chose to walk to what seemed a closer station. Warning! The station was definitely not closer as a number of the maps laid out are not in proportion to distance. Park side was excellent value for the cost of the hotel.

Dated rooms and bath. Curtains were stained. Furniture worn out.

This hotel was a smaller hotel, 10-15 minute street car ride (#1 Line), from the main station, then about 1 block walk. Depending on time of day and amount of luggage, it could be a crowed ride. Very close to Peace Park and The Dome. Lots of eating and shopping options very close. Room was tight when suitcases were open, but room had all the necessities. Rate was very reasonable and all the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

A very basic hotel right downtown Hiroshima. The staff was nice, the rooms are a good size for Japan, the bed wasn't anything special but we slept well. Only real complaint is 10am check out and thin walls.

Clean and tidy room, friendly helpful staff with excellent English and just around the corner from the Peace Park. Fantastic choice of accommodation!

Good location. Bathroom barely adequate. Toilet made whole room smell.
