The only good think was the young lady checking in ,

Went to the Cove bar , the menu in the room didn’t match the bar menu, could only get a frozen pizza heated up , then we booked for the restaurant, got ready turned up , but it wasn’t open because not enough bookings , The young girl at check out time was more interested in arranging her love life with some young guy than looking after 3 x couples waiting for her , All 3 off us just walked out , what a very disappointing experience especially by a Peppers resort

Lovely location and very clean. Free parking

Several people had glitches with their room keys but once recoded no further problems. The bathroom door layout is terrible it only opens 90° to accommodate toilet glass door. Take them off they’re annoying and a nuisance. Also birds crap all over your car when parked underneath thus needs to be addressed

Lovely setting, location and facilities

Bathroom was old and tired, mouldy grout in the tiles and shower seal. Lots of dust under the bed.
