"Our stay could have been a 10/10 but the car park and the bird issue wrecked it"

The car park is infested with smelly little birds There is poo everywhere on the floor and you can’t help but get it on your shoes My car was covered in bird poo after 2 days No fresh towels or bed making - 2 night stay

The pool looked nice

No atmosphere no room service nothing for me to eat on your property no mini bar, no water in room, it actually reminded me of a Private Hospital oh and no Robes , no beach access

Not much . Good restaurants across the road.

Rooms badly designed. Not enough power points. Had to boil kettle on the floor or unplug tv. No mirror in the bedroom. No table or desk to sit for room service. Breakfast average with cold coffee.

"Happy but frustrated"

Great spot. Great resort

Promised a tax invoice would be sent from their system. When it didn't arrive I sent two emails. Ignored. Rang only to be told that because I booked through booking.com. I would have to chase them. I stay in 50+ motels a year and always get a tax invoice from the place I stayed. All booked on booking .com. still after 3 weeks no tax invoice. Very poor training.
