1.The breakfast selection was great, with a good selection of breakfast items to eat.. 2. The bedroom was spacious and clean 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 4. There appears to be plenty of things to do at the hotel e.g. gym, swimming, padel etc. 5. Starbucks restaurant.

1. My bedroom sink was partially blocked so was slow moving. 2. Bedroom could have been left with a card or staff could have told me how to obtain use of the hotel WIFI 3. Check out being 11am instead of 12pm 4. Breakfast time closing at 9am instead of 10am during the week

"Outstanding staff and comfortable amenities"

We stayed 3 weeks Monday - Friday and cannot praise the staff highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, check in were kind, friendly and thoughtful - particularly Hayley who was exceptional and wonderfully positive about the company. The pool was large, lovely sauna and steam room. Having Starbucks on site was a bonus and there was space to work in the ground floor too. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Well done to everyone at the Village!

"Ok not worth the extra money"

The rooms were shoddy redecorated and very dark, quilts were terrible. Pool was packed by pubic with swim lessons etc, so couldn’t swim. Loud Rave music from 8.30 from the gym so couldn’t have a lay in Restaurant was nice and breakfast was excellent. The on site car chargers were very quick. Overall quick expensive as paid for facilities that we couldn’t really use cos they were too busy.

"Lovely family weekend"
