"Not a good experience."

Really disappointed with my stay. The room is grotty. The floor lamp is broken. The carpet is stained and the walls are marked. There's a stain on the sheet. The TV doesn't allow you to select the guide, because it asks for the date and time to be entered. There's a lot of low-level dust around the feet of furniture and inside the lamps. The kettle cord is too short to rach the plug, so I had to put it on top of my notebook and laptop to boil it. It's clear it hasn't been properly cleaned in a while and needs to be descaled. The room service food was very mediocre. Cold-ish and totally bland! Really not worth nearly £30! There's not even a plug socket next to the bed to charge my phone without pulling out the light. The whole place looks a little run down. I wouldn't stay here again. Not very happy.

"Ok for our requirements"

Clean and pleasant inside. Located close to the Erewash valley trail, Attenborough nature reserve and a Marks and Spencer.

Over priced. Restaurant had the vibe of a Wetherspoons but was much more expensive . Located at the back of a retail/ industrial estate

"Pleasant stay visiting family."

Comfortable and facilities - in particular EV charging points at the back.

The floors were creaky and I suspect on another occasion it would have disturbed us in the morning. Our room was on the 1st floor, so we did not disturb anyone.

Price of room very good bed very comfortable

Room still had fresh paint smell. Radiator kept clicking loudly when warming up
