Very clean. Had hob, microwave, fridge, kettle. Short walk to beach after passing through rear garden gate. Nice big beach. Cycle track into town centre. Nearby shops within walking distance. Ample parking in front of room

Beds were really comfortable, the room was spacious and very fresh and clean. Shower pressure was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The only fault I can think of is the remote must have needed new batteries, didn't work very well.

Everything. Lots of small touches, like extra mirrors in the bedroom, so useful. Everything well laid out. Comfortable places to sit, inside and out.

Don't love a shower curtain, but that was it.
