Miami Beachside Holiday Apartments

Spacious. Good location. Close to the beach.

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING This place was not clean, very, very dirty. Door locks you out, Internet didn't work for three days, and we were professionals trying to work while having a holiday. Waisted time off our holiday waiting for staff to respond to our issues, locked out of our apartment the first night for a period of time. Doors from outside and into our apartment had paper gamed in the locking mechanism (not sure of its purpose). Still waiting for the Manager (Jason) to call or email me back even after numerous calls attempting to talk with him during our stay and since we have left. He still has NOT responded, very poor and unprofessional. Overall, I would NOT at all recommend these apartments or the service you receive from the staff. Some of the problems we were faced...... Previous persons personal Items and knife left in wardrobe draws in both rooms, wipes left on the floor in wardrobe. The crockery and cups, in fact all kitchen items were really dirty and sticky and not useable. Floors was sticky and dirty, curtains falling down, screen door on balcony patched and not secure. One towel per person for 6 days, one small soap for each bathroom. Cupboard in the apartment was completely pushed full of all sorts of items (my guess it was things left behind from previous clients). Bathrooms presented very poor, not very clean. Bins were rusted and needed throwing out. Toilet in ensuite had remains of someone bowl motion. Glass dining table not cleaned. I had asked for a refund but was promised they would fix up the apartment, but I believe these people did not take our issues seriously. We had lost time and inconvenience and was verry difficult to enjoy our holiday knowing you had to come back to a dirty apartment. I would like both booking,com and the Miami Beachside Apartments management to do something about our stay and take serious steps towards cleaning up their apartments for others who may book. Great location - 100 m from beach, super comfortable beds, morning sun on balcony, receptionist very helpful, garage parking good

Cleaner requested to clean mould in shower, oven filthy and tray jammed in oven, 3 light bulbs not working, 4th element on hob not working. Couch uncomfortable. Unit well overdue for refurbish. Receptionist contacted and electrician on site (twice) to fix issues except hob (we were advised that hob would need to be replaced.) Owners reputedly coming after our stay to upgrade unit

Apartments were great I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but it was fantastic we had a 2 week stay the apartment was clean and had everything we needed pls don't take any notice of any of the bad reviews the only thing I did have to ask them to do was clean the ceiling fan in the living room as it did have a lot of dust on it and my daughter suffers with asthma they came straight away and did it perfectly

Cleanliness was absent; shower taps were slow for hot water; toileteries were insufficient; lights were very dim; sofa was smelly.

There is no Wifi, used unit 6 wifi which was not coming all the rooms. Constrained resources....
