It's in Miami 3 blocks from the beach. All rooms are not for a large family. I ordered 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and expected them to be on the same level. When I got to the Miami Beachside Apartments, the second apartment was not on the same level and was the apartment above the first. As a family with small children, the 2nd apartment was not useful so I cancelled it. They then rented the apartment out while I was there and still charged me for the whole stay.

The attitude of the staff.

Great size apartment for a family of 4. It’s well stocked in the kitchen. Pool area is great and outside well maintained.

There are 6 lots of 7/8 stairs to get to the 3rd floor apartments. No lifts. Dragging suitcases up them then down them was terrible. Same with grocery shopping. It was HOT in that stair well!! No air ventilation and it smells mouldy at the bottom. Bedrooms don’t have aircon. Meaning the main room was a hot box. Curtains didn’t fit the windows and no netting in bedrooms. We put blankets over the windows. Aircon would go off in the day while we were out meaning we would come back to a hot apartment that would then take ages to cool down meaning the bedrooms never ever got cool. Floors and beds also were sandy on our arrival!

If you’re a bit older it’s not for you. No lift. Not sure why there was a luggage trolley in reception. 4 trips from car park up two flights of stairs. Promise of Foxtel however No remote for Foxtel. No A/C in bedrooms. Fan in main bedroom hardly functioning.

I paid $332 a night for an old run down apartment. The shower dribbed out a little hot water and very hard to have a shower🤬, The Kitchen was very out dated with the cheapest of bare minimum utensils, curtains were old with holes in them, damage to the doors and walls, the couch was old, worn, stained and 2 different couches to make one, The TV in the master bedroom was broken and put in the cupboard but the TV wall mounts are still on the wall, and they couldn't even put in a new battery to the wall clock. I wouldn't even pay $150 to stay here. I have taken photos and will be making complaints and bad reviews everywhere. NOT HAPPY 🤬
