Space and comfort. Cleanliness and overall comfy feel. A home away from home. Balmoral Lodge Motel is our favourite place to stay when visiting Invercargill. It is quiet and convenient. It has everything you need for an overnight stay or for longer.

Great location. Walking distance to Queens park. Well insulated..street noise was minimal. Very clean, comfortable, spacious unit.

I went to check in and staff said they would not give me the room as I lived in same city I could not believe it she ruined me and my partners kid free night I would never recommend Balmoral to anyone
