IEThe staff and how exceptional clean our room was .
The fact that we could not eat in the restaurant two out the three nights that we stayed there .They don’t open the restaurant on the weekends . I have never heard of anything so silly in my life . The weekends are the busiest times and the fact that Bruno Mars was actually performing just down the road for the entire weekend .!!!! The did open the restaurant for a private group of people on Saturday and Sunday evening . So so frustrating

Restaurant fermée le dimanche, obligée d’aller déjeuner dans un autre hôtel, le petit déjeuner servi jusqu’à à 10h. Être obliger de mendier pour un café. Personnel absent et qui s’en fout des clients !!

CHCet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles: le petit déjeuner est médiocre, la connexion wifi est très mauvaise et le personnel de la réception arrogant et incompétent. L’heure du check-in (15h00) n’est pas respectée. On nous a donnné la chambre avec 30 minutes de retard!
