PHLocation because it is near Stade de France and they have an aircon. We stayed there last week and it was so hot.
The bathtub doesn’t drain properly. Water builds up while you shower. The toilet brush is broken, can’t be used. Phone is not working, no dial tone and asked for an extra towel for my toddler. Told the reception about it but did not do anything about it.
LUThe restaurant was closed, but it was mentioned everywhere, even in the elevator, that it was open...

La non réactivité du service technique alors que nous avions signalé que la cuvette des wc était cassée. On nous a dit qu’ils allaient envoyer quelqu’un de suite pour réparer ce qui n’a jamais été fait.

The parking fee advertised on Booking.com was €18 per day, but I was charged €25 at reception. Breakfast was included in the rate, yet no flexibility was offered. When we arrived, we asked if we could use our breakfast that day since we were leaving very early the next morning, but we were refused even though breakfast had ended only 15 minutes earlier and the food was still available. The next morning at 6:00 a.m., we asked for breakfast or at least something to take away, but were told breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., despite many items already being prepared.
