The room was very clean and quiet despite being next to the interstate.

Moldy food, waffle batter was so thin that they weren't cooking properly, employee dealing with the food had a very bad attitude. We ended up not even eating at all.

Clean facility and truly we feel at home. Breakfast meal is so good.

There's this black american lady that I felt is very condescending. When I accidentally dropped the handle of the waffle maker because it was hot and heavy, instead of helping me how to fix it, she scolded me and showed a intimidating attitude.

The stay was good other than the fact that other customers had no respect for other people staying there. We stayed on 4th floor and had to listen to people talking loudly in the hall and letting children run and scream down the hall til 1:30am before someone said something to them about going to their rooms and being quiet and respectful of others.

Stayed 1 night for a Reds game, wish I could remember the girls name that checked us in, but she was was awesome! Maybe a touch noisy by the interstate, but that’s nitpicking. Great place

STAFF: Very friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to help. PRICE: Reasonable LOCATION: You will need a car to get to anywhwere from the hotel. CLEAN: The swimming pool was filthy so were many of the common areas. A real let down.

Stay was really good!

Outdated, needs overhaul. Cracked sinks, linen that I believe should be white but stained yellow. AC that can't keep up with the summer heat. Our room we dropped AC to 60 and still so hot. We ended up having to have a box fan in the room for entire stay. With all that said, with all the times I went to the front Desk their assistant Manager, Laura was amazing in trying to accommodate. She was warm, caring and understood, tried her best without attitude or negativity with every issue brough to her. This why for service I gave that area 5 stars. The gym, now one cleans the cardio equipment. My entire stay you could see sweat drip marks on the treadmills, just gross. Vents in same gym filled with dust.

We utilized the Springhill Suites as a hotel for our wedding guests. The staff, accommodations, food and ambiance were all fantastic. The 1 mile proximity to our wedding venue, the Palomar, and proximity to downtown for our out of town guests to explore Cincinnati could not have been better.
