Very clean and front desk clerk was Amy was amazing and very polite and professional. I will be staying here again.

Stained carpets, drippy faucet, heard neighbors

The treadmills did not work and no towels in workout room. No towels in the pool area. They did have hot water in the shower which was great. Hotels with lukewarm water should be shutdown.

Amy was very friendly and helpful at check in, and it was much appreciated after 10 hours of driving. She provided us recommendations on a place to eat, and local pharmacy. The only thing wrong with our room is that the toilet seat was loose and there was a noticeable gap in our door that you could see through from the hall. Thanks for being so nice Amy!

Had an old smell.

This hotel needs a good facelift and cleaning. Carpets were dirty, tile floor in bathroom was missing grout, the pool was dirty so we didn’t use it. Front desk staff on check in seemed untrained. She was on the phone in back room when we arrived and when she came out she was still on phone with an unhappy customer and didn’t seem to be able to help. When we asked for a room away from highway she didn’t know where rooms were located. Two breakfast people stayed in back talking while guests had to go find them to get bread. The mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

The TV kept going out of service and jets on jacuzzi didn’t work very well
