Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Texarkana East by IHG

When i arrived there was a party going on under the awning in front of the entrance to the hotel. Loud music, people posted in lawn chairs,walking around with beers in their hands, motorcycles parked under the awning. People being very loud. The hotel staff did nothing just allowed it. More people spilling out of the breakfast area in the lobby to join the party outside. Very loud. Get to my room the carpets are dirty room smells very wet and mildewy, tub had hair in it, dirty. The pool was green not clean at all.

Rooms need to be updated. There were damages to bathroom small, but noticeable.

The location was the only thing good about this property.

The property as soon as we got to our floor it was hot. Once entering our room it smelt terrible like a mix of weed and cleaning products.

The hotel service was excellent the staff went above and beyond for our family reunion. From the time of check in to our farewell brunch the professionalism was felt. Especially by Erica M. She was amazing!

Everyone is very nice, however the place looks outdated, dirty, and t.v is small and bad reception. The room smelled like mold.

The lady who checked us in, people staying there, the cleaners, the kitchen staff, everyone was so nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again!
