Old dirty AC almost not existed The worst place sorry I gave my money to them

Great location. Terrible old hard matresses. College dorm beds. A little investment would go a long way. Great grounds keepers. Great staff ar front desk. Great breakfast . Rooms needs painting and furniture upgrade. Excellent laundry service. Parking a nightmare. If they put decent beds and pillows and some paint in the rooms it would be much better. i would still reccomend the hotel for the location , great staff and great breakfast

Classic 80s style hotel on a perfect location and friendly staff but limiter parking

If you like to have the experience of living 20-25 years ago in a sort of tradition, this Hotel is fine. If you miss some modern life comfort, you might have some hard time. Suit yourself!

The room was very basic. There was a half curtain which does not darken the room at all. Breakfast was plenty of variety but not tasty.

The staff are very unprofessional. The breakfast is mediocre. When items run out Eggs, drinks ect they are not refurbished until you tell the staff,even though they have seen that they are empty.The maintenance on the building and especially the gardens are in some areas non existent. our terrace outside was one feet high of weeds,the table had paint flaking off. The hotel catered mainly for polish and dutch personnel. I do not think it would be suitable for the English.

When I arrived, they could find my name because Hotels.com didn’t inform them about my stay. The room has a damaged couch, the bed wasn’t queen bed, it was combined of two single bed, the bed was so uncomfortable, there was no hair conditioner. Also, the hotel can not provide me towels for beach in the first day, they said it run out.

We booked this hotel a- for Karfas beach And b- because this hotel offered all inclusive. The location is indeed really nice with a great for the kids beach and my toddler had a lot of fun. The food, lunch , dinner and what the all inclusive offers on the other hand it is extremely poor and cannot be compared with any other all inclusive I have ever been. I can only assume they offer all inclusive to attract people but they don't really offer much and what they offer is so poor quality that you dot want to drink it. First Of, they tried to convince me that all inclusive is full board and I am not entitled any free drinks, refreshments or snacks. After i insisted and made them read the meaning of all inclusive from expedia that was my booking, they changed their mind to offer me that. BUT ! what I was offered was, free DRAFT fizzy drinks and DRAFT wine, beer and oh so ONLY at the 2 hours that lunch and dinner lasted. Not any other time of the day and not anything else apart from these drafts. The draft wine was so cheap that was impossible to drink!!!! The snack that the all inclusive offered was also specific time juice and cake. No fruit, no ice cream, not even water to an island that tap water is not safe!!!! Of course , nothing from the pool bar or anything else. We ended up buying 6 water bottles, milk for my girl and wine from the mini market!!!! In an all inclusive holiday! Ridiculous and embarrassing golden sand!!!!!

Rooms were dirty and poorly equiped. Bed and sheets were also dirty.

We liked the location. Karfas has a nice sandy beach, ideal for families with kids. Breakfast and dinner were fair. The rooms are all facing the sea and ours looked simple inside. Reception is quick and helpful. There are many bars and restaurants in walking distance. We recommend Taberna Stratos. Overall we were OK with the choice of this hotel especially due to location and beach area.
