Metropolitan Hotels Ankara

It’s just so disappointing when you book a five star hotel & it is poor in several areas. I stayed one night this week. I arrived very tired after midnight & was given a smelly smoking room when I’d reserved a non-smoking room. Took 40 minutes to find an alternative, what I didn’t know was that it was a room they couldn’t sell due to faults. A light that wouldn’t turn off so I had to call front desk who ended up taking plug out of faulty socket. All night I was cold & it was very noisy. I discovered around 4am the window was broken & didn’t close, it’s January! Breakfast is poor- surly staff. Eggs, lots of olives & stale cake. Coffee only on demand & takes ages to arrive. No fruit juice. Mr Tolga the manager dismissed my complaints. He came to look at room & said ‘see we found you a non smoking room. Window is closed now.’ That’s because maintenance closed it at 9.30am when I saw them - the guy yanked it shut, though still broken. Honestly management (Mr Tolga) attitude was awful & he took no responsibility - we ended up having a heated discussion and I felt uncomfortable afterwards. Some advice Metropolitan-be accountable and apologise. Try to make amends as guests pay a lot of money to stay with you. To the reader - much better hotels with a lower star rating in Ankara

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Frühstückspersonal kam mir vor als würden die Zwangsarbeiten. Schwimmen im Spabereich war nur mit Badekappe möglich, diese Information hat uns vor Anreise gefehlt. Wir mussten Badekappen kostenpflichtig erwerben.

L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel des souriants. Le service est là l’emplacement est superbe, je recommande cet établissement à toutes les familles
