"Stay did not happen - we found a roach in the bathroom and left immediately for a different hotel."

Location relative to downtown was good.

I did not like finding an Asian Roach in the shower when I returned to the hotel the evening of my stay.

"NEVER again."

Not too far from downtown, but it was on a very busy and noisy highway

Noisy, hotel was training staff they said—had no staff onsight, no lobby—had to cross busy highway to check in/out have breakfast if desired. They messaged me “let us know if we can assist in any way.” I let them know the shower gel was empty; no one refilled. There was no housekeeping. Stayed 2 nights, no fresh towels. LOTS of traffic noise and noise from guests.
