. Believe new owners are working at updating the place. Rooms were renovated nicely. quiet. Nice large fridge

Outside needs updating. No breakfast.

The beds were clean

The only outlet available for the microwave or coffeemaker was used by the TV and mini fridge. When we unplugged the fridge to use the microwave a breaker blew, leaving us in darkness. We went to the front desk and an employee fixed the breaker. The bathroom sink didn't drain, not even slowly - we held it open with a coffee stirstick. The hairdryer didn't work, I called the front desk and they brought another one up to us. The room next door was noisy. The upstairs verandah felt unsteady and there appeared to be rot around the support posts. The outside carpet on the verandah and stairs wasn't clean. The coffee maker didn't appear to be clean so we chose not to use it. There was no bathmat and my friend slipped in there. There was also no mat to walk on when we stepped out of the shower. The beds appeared to be slanted downwards, towards our heads. There was a sign saying we'd be charged $40 if we didn't leave the "kitchen" clean but nobody came to inspect before we left so that felt uncertain to us. We did seek out a staff person before we left to check on that (there was nobody at the office, the door was locked with a note that asked we put the keys in the dropbox) and he told us not to worry.
