"It was pleasant"

Nice view and place it is located in.ROom is clean and provided with all basic requirements.

Have not seen staff availability for asking any questions or requesting any thing we need like drinking water etc.

"Cold"

We showed up in the middle of a snow storm and the heat in our room wasn’t turned on. This is a motel and our room was on the ground floor, so it was absolutely freezing inside.
