Great location. Interesting history.

Sharing a tiny cramped bathroom with other guests. Very cramped tight accommodations. Breakfast was good, just limited. Half of a frittata and small serving of yogurt with some fruit. Not for guests with cat allergies. Small tv with rabbit ears with limited reception.

Location was perfect.

The exterior of the home was not well cared for. The interior had no bathroom on the main floor. Lots of clutter& dust, cobwebs of fixtures . Didn’t really appreciate the cat .

"Between cats and mattresses, it was disappointing."

The house is located in a good part of Hannibal, centrally located. The owner is very nice, good cook for breakfast, and responsible to texts prior to arrival. The owner gets everything out of the house, with the space provided, that he can.

There has to be a way to inform guests that there are house cats roaming the premises, including trying to get into guest rooms. Neither Booking nor the house website said anything about cats. Not only do people with allergies need to know, it isn't congenial to a stay when a cat starts wailing outside your door at 2 am. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable.
