"The above reasons unfortunately spoiled our time at Culgoa as it was not cheap to stay."

It was modern , location was pretty good, close to bus stop & ferry.

We were disappointed that we were right on the river but our apt had no view (apt 25) looking out onto a building wall, & hardly any sun. The unit floor was gritty like it had sand all thru it & felt like it had not been mopped. On the first day we noticed the shower soap container was empty so questioned if it had been cleaned prior to arrival. The queen bed was like sleeping on plywood, honestly it killed our backs after 6 nights. First 3 nights we had 4x young boys above us that kept us awake all night with their loud talking & thudding music which tainted our stay. We approached the boys on the third day to explain they were keeping us awake until 5am & they apologised & said they were checking out. For the amount that we paid to stay for a week we thought it was crazy that the apt wasn’t serviced & we had to go buy toilet paper, dishwashing liquid & washing powder . Then on the last day we were emailed to say if we didn’t do the dishes & leave the apt clean & tidy we would incur a cleaning fee. How do you know that the people before you cleaned the dishes properly?

"Great Relaxing Stay"

Location was great in-between Hasting St and Noosaville, very secure and private. Unit was clean and comfortable with a good range of cooking utensils. Also the outdoor BBQ's were very clean and worked well.

Great location - close to public transport and a 15 min walk to Hastings Street. Cafes and restaurants also walking distance. Great staff. Super comfortable!

A little tired despite bathroom makeover. Ensuite door off its track (no privacy) and broken louvres in the lounge but I'm sure these will be quickly fixed.

Location location location Beautiful amenities Friendly staff Good size 3 bedroom apartment Did not miss going to Hastings St chaos as everything right here and went more towards the river for dining options. That was a lovely experience
