Culgoa Point Beach Resort

Great location. Room was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Great facilities.

We had a problem with the bathroom and weren't impressed with how it was dealt with. We couldn't stop the shower running and reception is at minimal hours open. So we got through to the secruity man who said they couldnt help. We did this on both nights (using international minutes which was an unnecessary expense). The second night I said to come in at 2pm following day to fix as we had a wedding. Reception said they left a message but the phone was actually not plugged into the wall (not our doing but how we found it). But they came in during the day whilst we were trying to get ready for a wedding. My partner got back from the gym and the room was unattended with water coming out of the wall (not shower head). I called (again) and they said it would be 5 mins whilst they grabbed a part. But it went on for a while. The manager opened the second bathroom but the water had all been turned off. We were advised to shower in the changing room but we were going to a wedding and were a part of the bridal party so this didn't seem good for this. The engineer also used all of our towels leaving them all dirty brown and again had to call reception for more towels. This really did ruin our stay and unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again as it was dealt in such an unprofessional manner. No communication. We had to chase them up for absolutely everything. Something very simple that could've been dealt better. At no point did anyone offer a different room or money back for the incredibly disappointing stay. We left two nights ago and I was told the manager would get in touch but not had anything.

Great location close to bus route , within walking distance of Hastings St, beaches. Cafes and store 5 mins away Excellent facilities well maintained.

The unit was clean and well maintained except for the ensuite which was v small and needed updating

Our unit didn't get the sun, we did have an issue with the hot water system making unusual noise in the middle of the night one night only. There was also a issue with the bed side light having a short, so hopefully it has now been fixed.

Beautiful location, facilities were amazing, particularly the pool and spa area, gardens were immaculate.

we were staying for a week and it seemed unusual that we had to pay for the second bathroom to be unlocked in the unit and one of the rooms remain locked while we were there which made the unit seem small and the resort stingy.. Aging and worn furniture, ensuite bathroom did smell as per other reviews and south facing rooms were cold. No space left for pantry items.

Location is great for the beach and close to amenities

The unit was a bit tired - the bathroom was very old. The communication from the property on all the rules was nice to know but the it seems like a lot of rules which was off putting but we had a nice stay in a good resort.

Good Location, Nice and quiet away from hustle of Hastings st but close enough to walk without kids. Facilities awesome, view even better!
