"Ruhige Anlage mit tollem Pool – ideal zum Entspannen"

Nach einer ersten Nacht im Hotelzimmer sind wir in eines der Ferienhäuser gewechselt, was für uns ein echtes Highlight war. Der Bereich mit nur wenigen Häusern ist sehr ruhig, mit schönem Garten und einem großen Pool, den wir die meiste Zeit fast für uns allein hatten. Dadurch konnten wir uns während unserer längeren Reise wunderbar erholen und richtig abschalten. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, und das Personal in der Anlage selbst war freundlich und bemüht. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort für Gäste, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen.

Gemessen am Preisniveau entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz dem erwarteten Fünf-Sterne-Standard, da Teile der Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirken. Besonders an der Rezeption hätten wir uns deutlich eine herzlichere und proaktivere Betreuung gewünscht, da der Empfang und die Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts distanziert wirkten. Das Frühstück ist stark landestypisch ausgerichtet und bietet nur begrenzte Optionen für Vegetarier bzw. Gäste, die leichtere oder gewohnte europäische Frühstücksalternativen bevorzugen.

Cerca de la playa, cama comoda, confortavel

El desayuno muy pobre. Sin queso, sin jamon, fruta muy limitada, el chico me dijo q no me da mas fruta porque la fruta en Colombia es costosa. El peor desayuno en todos los hoteles en Colombia hasta ahora. Q pena, porque el hotel el lindo

Its a quiet, comfortable hotel. Its very good value compared to other nearby hotels. The beach is moments away and its not crowded. Its also just a 10 minute walk to the nearby plaza with plenty of restaurant choices. I felt safe in the area.

I had a balcony but trees block the view of the beach.. The rooftop bar and pool aren't open Monday to Wednesday but this wasn't a huge drawback for me.
